The South Downs Youth Orchestra sets itself the challenge of performing great music of the classical repertoire, giving young musicians the opportunity to experience this music first hand - and often for the first time in their lives. The orchestra regularly performs in venues throughout East Sussex, and has performed at the Royal Albert Hall and St John's Smith Square in London.
